Thanks for recommending a Miele to me, Rachel. This thing is phenomenal on our wood floors. I'm just hoping it will spur on a whole 'lotta cleaning this Spring (and beyond).

I saw your comment on my blog... Yes, I love appliques! They are so easy to do. Honestly if you download them from the internet then just get it in your machine like you do your monograms you just follow the color chart that comes with your download.
