friends who have cancer....

.....are a gentle reminder from God that we shouldn't hold grudges.
We then are able to love a little deeper,
stay a little longer,
and hug a little tighter.

thanks so much for posting this. sadly it is very close to home for the callisters. our dear friend and neighbour, clive, has a very aggressive form of cancer, which is spreading rapidly and he is unlikely to be with us for much longer. he is having chemo and seems determined to fight, so we are all praying like crazy to help him maximise the time left to him. if you could remember clive in your prayers it would be greatly appreciated.

Consider it done. In fact, this morning, we prayed a rosary together and included as part of our prayer, an intercession on behalf of people battling cancer.
But, I will put him on our prayer list for sure.

Grudges are cancer for the soul.

I commend your prayerfulness for those who suffer cancer. We all need prayers, but especially during our sufferings.
