mon petite chou

We've been on a roasted veggie kick lately.  The more done, the better.  Here are some brussel sprouts and fresh green beans that are all tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with salt just before they were popped into a 425 degree oven for 20 or so minutes.

I tried the brussel sprouts, roasted with the olive oil and salt. Delicious! We cut them up a bit before popping them in the oven for bite sized tid bits. :-)

Have you tried asparagus this way?

Generally asparagus is too pricey for our budget, but I adore it.

Yes! It is expensive and a special treat, for sure!
