ps - do you shampoo once, or do you lather, rinse, and repeat like the directions say to do?
NOPE! Wash once. It makes my hair way too dry to wash twice. Besides I think the twice suggestion is from the manufactors of shampoo to get us to buy more shampoo. Thing One and Thing Two love your product too!
