lent: my flesh is so weak

I know full well that I will be tempted, but here's the list:

  • water only to drink
  • no s-s-sw-sweets
  • 15 min a day on elliptical
  • Gospel of John + Acts of the Apostles bible study
  • no fuh-fuh-fuh-facebook

  3. Here's my two cents: PAR DOWN THAT LIST! Go with the positives..adding good and holy habits. This is a very good thing. Unless you are trying to have one Lent commitment per child, then ....best wishes for a meaningful Lent. Happy Ash Wednesday to you.
