    I'll second that one - especially as i've been without heating and hot water for nearly 2 weeks since my boiler decided to die!

    fortunately i'm blessed with wonderful friends who've let me shower at their houses during the week and i'm at mum and dads for the weekend so i've coped more or less!!

    pray that the parts come in soon and i'll be restored to warmth and my own bathroom!!!!
